Gifted Ones Apparel is a brand of Cultivate University (“Gifted Ones,” “we,” “us”). This policy explains what information we collect when you visit our store or place an order, how we use it, and the choices you have. By using this site, you agree to this policy.

Information we collect

Information you give us. When you place an order, create an account, join our email or text list, or contact us, we collect your name, email address, phone number, shipping and billing address, and the details of your order and any messages you send us.

Payment information. Payments are processed securely by our payment provider (Kajabi Payments, powered by Stripe) and, if you choose them, buy-now-pay-later partners such as Klarna or Afterpay. We never see or store your full card number.

Information collected automatically. Like most websites, our site and its service providers use cookies and similar technologies to collect basic information such as your browser and device type, pages viewed, and how you arrived at the site. This keeps your bag working, keeps you signed in, and helps us understand what is and isn’t working on the site.

How we use your information

We use your information to process, print, ship and track your order; send order confirmations and shipping updates; answer your questions and handle replacements; send you emails or texts you’ve agreed to receive; prevent fraud and keep the site secure; improve our products and the shopping experience; and meet our legal and tax obligations.

Who we share it with

We do not sell or rent your personal information. We share it only with the service providers who help us run the store, and only what they need to do their part:

• Kajabi, which hosts our website, checkout, accounts and email.
• Kajabi Payments / Stripe, and Klarna or Afterpay when you choose them, to process payments.
• Printful, our print-on-demand partner, which receives your name, shipping address, phone number and order details to print and ship your items. Shipping carriers receive what they need to deliver your package.
• Hosting and messaging providers (such as Cloudflare and Twilio) that run our order processing and send order texts.

We may also disclose information if required by law, to protect our rights or the safety of others, or as part of a merger or sale of the business.

Emails and text messages

If you opt in, we may send you emails or text messages about orders, new drops and offers. You can unsubscribe from emails at any time using the link in any email. For texts, reply STOP to opt out or HELP for help. Message and data rates may apply. Opting out of marketing won’t stop messages about an order you’ve placed.

Cookies and your choices

You can set your browser to block or delete cookies. Some parts of the site, like your bag and checkout, may not work properly without them.

How long we keep it

We keep order and customer information for as long as needed to fulfill orders, provide support, and meet legal, tax and accounting requirements. After that, we delete it or keep it in a form that no longer identifies you.

Your rights

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to request access to the personal information we hold about you, ask us to correct or delete it, or opt out of certain uses. To make a request, email us at the address below. We’ll verify your request and respond within the time required by law. We won’t treat you differently for exercising your rights.

Security

We use trusted, secure providers and reasonable safeguards to protect your information. No method of sending or storing data online is 100% secure, but we work to keep your information safe.

Children

Our store is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from them. If you believe a child has given us information, contact us and we’ll delete it.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. When we do, we’ll change the effective date at the top of this page.
